If mens faces and hair are distracting to me will they wear a hijab?

The last time I was in the mosque there were these 4 young men in front of me. I was so distracted I could not concentrate on worship. Is there a way I can ask the mullah to require men of a certain age to wear hijabs?|||That would be hilarious and awesome.|||Yes, throw a big sheet over them. After all, Islamic answers have already worked so well for women in the middle east. Why not get the men involved? oh wait.... errrrr *remembers that most of the Islamic world is a pile of *****... maybe not|||Be careful for what you wish for-a bank robber used one this week in my city!
