What race of men looks aged at a certain age?

You would notice that a 40 year old black man with a lighter skin complextion looks older than a brown or dark skinned black man of the same age ex:almost African color.the darker you are the more melanin you have and I think Europeans are the lighest so age faster and look 40 AT 40 or even look 60 at 40.|||my mother was in a nursing care facility at 80 years of age ; she had very few miracles- the lighter skin folks had numerous wrinkles
