Why do men not understand that once a women gets closer to certain age, she wants to settledown & get married?

You date someone for a reasonable amount of time, you agree that you love each other.........so why can't you take that extra step a little sooner and ask her to marry you.........or whatever...........that gives her the peace of mind she needs|||You are just not meeting the right, mature men.|||Peace of mind doesn't come in the form of a wedding. Ask many divorced couples! If you can't feel the security in your relationship and you think marriage will help it, then you need to re-evaluate why you are feeling this way. I don't think it can be a generalization either. Many men want to settle down and start families. It may be time for a new man.
