Do you have to be a certain age for this?

the man in this advert said '...for day times, night times, first times...' and at the bottom of the advert it said height and AGE restrictions apply written at the bottom and in the advert i saw a child|||seems like this advertisment is from a petafile... stay clear, and why not report it? I wont but its wrong and you know it.....
