I am trying to remember the name of a movie in which people are ejected from society after a certain age. A man is on the run because he just became of age. There is also a reference to Sagittarius or Capricorn or something. It's a futuristic movie where the end of life is set at 30. At that age people either accept their fate and attend "carousel" where they believe they are being renewed but are actually terminated, or they can run. These people are called "runners". Logan is a police officer called a "Sandman", whose job is to capture and/or terminate runners.
