Is HBO's Treme actually good?

I'm wondering if I should watch the show.

I watch these: (Dramas/Dramedies/Action)

- Breaking Bad

- Dexter

- Justified

- Sons of Anarchy

- Fringe

- Game of Thrones

- The Vampire Diaries

- The Walking Dead

- Boardwalk Empire

- Mad Men

- Southland

- Parenthood

- Californication

- Switched at Birth

- The Big C

- Shameless

- Weeds

- White Collar

- Glee

- United States of Tara

- Men of a Certain Age

- Harry's Law

- Pretty Little Liars

- Chuck

- NIkita|||If you like music (every chapter has 10-15 minutes of real blues music, with real life musicians in them), development and psychology of characters, and real life (sad) situations (such as rapes, murder, theft, bankruptcy), you may like it. If you want adventures or just an evasion of everyday life, you probably won't like it. The director is the same guy that made "The Wire", and the vibe is similar. Not much of happily ever after moments.

Myself, I think it is one of the best series HBO has at the moment. Both seasons were terrific.
